What do we mean by “root cause”?
Whether something is stiff, weak or unstable the body will seek to compensate from somewhere else. This beg, borrow and steal approach leads to some areas being over or improperly used which causes pain.
The hard part about it is that the “root cause” usually doesn’t hurt!
Your rehabilitation will focus on personalized functional rehab exercises to help with mobility and stability. These exercises will build a strong base to restore pain-free movement.
This is the core of what we do at Move 2 Win.
We also add in manual therapy to help get our patients out of pain first. Our clinicians are trained in a variety of techniques that will be specifically combined to meet the needs of your injury. These techniques include chiropractic adjustments, muscle release techniques, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilizations.
Whether it’s the movement you got hurt on or the one that the pain is preventing you from doing we have to see you do it! So if squatting hurts we want to get you back to squatting!
We will educate and empower you to stay out of pain and moving well long term. Our goal is to get results for our patients whether that means doing a full workout pain free for the first time in years or avoiding a surgery they thought was imminent.
